#drill
Essentially a "negative" hit, where you try to relax as impulsively as possible.
* Contract muscles, and stay tense for 4 counts, or however long it takes to reach max tension
* Observe the peak muscle tension with as much vividness as possible
* Set the intention to relax as fast + completely as possible, and release
* Observe the muscle tension dissipate with as much vividness as possible
* My hypothesis is that the mindfulness with which you observe the relaxation is proportional to how fast your body learns to "let go" efficiently - [[Learning is capped by how clearly execution error is observed]]
